The World of Awards 2017
14-16 June 2017--Philadelphia, PA
Sponsored by The International Congress of Distinguished Awards
Hosted by The Franklin Institute
The Landscape for Awards in a Changing World
The world's political landscape is in the process of undergoing a fundamental change in 2017--perhaps the most seismic shift since the world wars of the 20th century and the onset of a revolution in atomic, cosmological, and genetics research and communications technology. The world of awards has mirrored and celebrated the scientific, technological, literary, and artistic achievements with its own geometric explosion in the number, range, and size of awards.
How will changes in the world's political landscape affect awards?
How can awards maintain standards of quality and objectivity in a new political environment?
How can awards operate in a world of new communications technologies?
How can awards streamline their management procedures in the face of growing demands?
How can awards expand and improve their marketing capabilities?
