ICDA compiles information and data on hundreds of awards--thousands of bits of data--to track the trajectory of both individual awards and all of the world's most distinguished awards. But data without analysis is often with little meaning. This section is thus an analysis of our current body of data on distinguished awards to see if we can discern new trends and practices across the world of awards. Especially the emergence of favorite fields of attention from donors and the changing US$ equivalents of the world's most important prizes.
